Charlotte County Pressure Washing + Roof Cleaning / No Pressure

I am Chuck Bergman. I live in Gulf Cove in Charlotte County Florida. I started in business right here in 1989. I am licensed and insured and I do not use work crews. Mine is a 2 man operation, by choice. I pressure was houses, pool areas, decks, lanais, porches, driveways, sidewalks and parking lots. I soft-wash roofs. A power washing machine is just to rough on roofs, so I started using the method laid out by some of the roofing manufacturers, as well as the ARMA "Roofing Manufacturers Association" It boils down to chemical cleaning and no pressure is used to clean. The average pressure washer is 3500 psi. I use 60 psi. This way, there are no granules blown off of shingled roofs, nor is the glazing blasted off of tile roofs and the tiles etched from high pressure methods.
